Deodorant spray cap assemblyMachine for fitting and locking aerossol cap. The equipment consists on a 12 positions pneumatic dial plate to allow the several steps of operation.
The first operation places the aerossol can in place to receive the cap. It is detected and automaticaly rotated by rotary motor to the correct position to receive the plastic cap.
The supply and placement of the cap is executed in another station. The cap insertion is performed by a high speed conveyor plus pneumatic cylinder.
To prevent accidental aerosol dosing in another station a artificial vision camera confirms the LOCK position of the head of the cap.In the case of not being detected the correct LOCK position the system automatically rejects it.
This equipment is designed to easily adapt the 3 different diameter and hight sizes and produces and works at a speed of 0.9 seconds per unit.
